{"id":3181,"date":"2021-03-24T00:21:45","date_gmt":"2021-03-23T21:21:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.euro-pass.sk\/investicii\/analiz-investiczionnoj-sredy\/"},"modified":"2022-02-04T18:36:24","modified_gmt":"2022-02-04T15:36:24","slug":"analiz-investiczionnoj-sredy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/euro-pass.sk\/en\/vse-uslugi\/investicii\/analiz-investiczionnoj-sredy\/","title":{"rendered":"Investment Environment Analysis"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>To analyze <strong>the investment environment in Slovakia<\/strong>, the following factors are taken into account:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 political situation (domestic and foreign policy of the country)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 economic situation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 system of legal relations and their guarantees<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 tax law<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 social indicators<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 ecological situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It should be said that along with the benefits, there are also risks for investments associated with such problems of the Slovak economy as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 uneven development of infrastructure across the country<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 work migration<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 lack of qualified personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite these difficulties, the investment environment in Slovakia is showing a stable growth trend. Foreign investors are attracted by the low income tax rate (21%), a convenient tax reporting system, and relatively low costs of accounting services. Branches of such companies as Samsung, Kia Motors, Volkswagen, Dell Computer Corporation, IBM, Lenovo, etc., operate in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is important to understand that the development of the investment climate is influenced by both external and internal factors.
