Provision of a legal address for the registration of an individual entrepreneur or company in Slovakia.

The company Europass guarantees you the provision of a legal address in Slovakia, which can be used during the entire period of validity of the residence permit for business in the Slovak territory.

A legal address in Slovakia (Sidlo) is necessary if you are going to register as an individual entrepreneur, open a company, or get a residence permit for the purpose of business. If there is no legal address, then it is impossible to register a company or as an individual entrepreneur in Slovakia. It is also impossible to form a package of documents – the basis for immigration – to submit to the Slovak police.

The legal address according to the Slovak legislation is at the same time

a company’s registration address and
a postal address.

If it is inconvenient for a company to receive the mail at a legal address, it can use another actual address. It is necessary to notify its customers in advance and enter data about another postal address into the information and registration databases.

To confirm the legal address, the following documents are required:

an official permission from the owner of the property to place a legal entity on its territory;
an extract from the national database of property rights of Slovakia on the confirmation of property rights to a real estate object.

At the embassy, you have a personal interview for the purpose of a preliminary assessment of the application.
