Features of the state registration of a company

Registration of a company in Slovakia is one of the grounds for emigration in order to conduct business and obtain a residence permit. A residence permit for the purpose of business in Slovakia can be obtained by a person who is the executive body of the company: 

●      a director of a limited liability company

●      a Management Board member of the joint-stock company

●      a manager in the representative office of the company.

●      to register a legal address

●      to register a company in the Commercial register 

●      to get a TIN (tax identification number) from the tax office

●      to carry out the registration procedure of the final beneficiaries.
