Changes to the Commercial register must be made in the following cases:
❖ the location of the company is changing
❖ there has been a change in the company’s activities
❖ the name of the company has changed
❖ the currency / amount of the authorized capital has changed based on the decision of the company’s board members
❖ there has been a change of the founders of the company.
If the changes are made in the Commercial Code, then the document confirming the provision of a legal address to an individual or a legal entity must be certified by a notary in Slovakia.
